  • Self-Trust: Rebuilding trust in your instincts, abilities, and intuition.

    Self-Awareness:

    • Understanding ADHD and how it intersects with your identity.

  • Self-Compassion:   

    • Practicing kindness and forgiveness toward yourself.

      Self-Care:

    • Creating rhythms that support your body, mind, and emotions.

  • Self-Advocacy:
    • Developing skills to articulate needs and assert boundaries.
  • Self-Accommodation:

    • Developing personalized strategies to embrace natural cognitive and behavioral variations​

Therapeutic Foundations

Flourish integrates evidence-based and affirming approaches, including:

  • Internal Family Systems Theory

  • Polyvagal Theory

  • Somatic Self-Compassion

  • Feminist therapy

  • Trauma-sensitive, neurodivergent-affirming care


Group Structure

Each ADHD support group meets virtually for 90 minutes — accessible, affordable, and designed to fit into real life.

  • First 30 Minutes: Engaging video teaching on key ADHD topics

  • Next 30 Minutes: Breakout exercises to build connection

  • Final 30 Minutes: Group reflection and sharing

Every group includes:

  • Digital workbooks

  • Video recordings

  • A mini-course to reinforce the skills

  • The option to repeat groups at no extra cost
